Research Grant funded by IFS is for the applicants of developing country in the field of Sustainable utilisation, conservation or management of the biological or water resource base in Developing country. New applicants wishing to apply for a research grant to IFS are invited to submit their research application form before either of the dates highlighted below.The IFS Granting Programme is open for project proposals from developing country scientists who meet the eligibility criteria and conduct research on the sustainable management of biological resources.
All candidates interested in applying for the scholarship must be a citizen of a developing country, a scientist with at least a Master’s or equivalent degree/research experience under 40 years of age and at the beginning of research career attached to a university, national research institution or a research-oriented NGO in a developing country.
Scholarship Application Deadline: The deadline for the first session is 9th October 2011, and the deadline for the second session is 29th January 2012.
