Use this form to apply for the Scholarship only if you are a citizen of Thailand. Complete this form in English. Add additional pages if necessary. Documents submitted in support of this application must be in English – either originals or a true copy of the original. Certification of true copies must be done by a recognised official or by the institution that issued the documents and must bear the official stamp and signature of the certifier. Applicants should include certified copies of supporting documents such as previous examination results, school reports and testimonials, at least two recent references and evidence of any other achievements including school and community participation. Where results from M6 level examinations (or their equivalent) are not completed or available, it is essential that an original and signed set of forecast results are provided by the applicant’s current educational institution.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be Thai citizens under the age of 22 on 31 December 2011, and should have completed or be completing their secondary schooling outside New Zealand. Applicants should be outstanding scholars with a proven record of high achievement in Matayom 6 or in their first year of study at a Thai university. Forecast results are acceptable. Other conditions are outlined overleaf.
