University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW), the Government of India (DBT), and Indo-US Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) provide Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship in Life Sciences, Public Health, Agriculture, and Engineering for USA Citizens to study in India. The Khorana Program offers opportunities for students (graduate and undergraduate) from U.S. universities to pursue a summer of research in India.Students will be matched with mentors in India based on research interests. Opportunities are available to spend a summer at an academic institution, NGO, or private company in India. Please view the list of partner institutions in India. The names of faculty members who have mentored prior Khorana Scholars are also listed.
All candidates interested in applying for the scholarship must be US citizens, be enrolled at a partner university in the United States, be Undergraduate and Graduate Students, be interested in the sciences, medicine, agriculture, public health, or engineering.
Completed applications must be turned in by the February 22nd deadline.
