ATTD 2011 presents the latest developments in new insulin analogues and delivery systems, insulin pumps, glucose sensors, closed-loop systems, devices for diabetic prevention, artificial pancreas, new technologies for treating obesity and related diseases. ATTD 2011 conference will be held in London, United Kingdom, February 19, 2011. Deadline for receipt of abstracts: October 13, 2010.
ATTD 2011 offers a platform for the discussion of the latest technologies in the treatment and prevention of diabetes and related illnesses. The highly scientific programme is targeted at researchers, clinicians and general practitioners across all fields of diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism.
This innovative conference presents the latest developments in new insulin analogues and delivery systems, insulin pumps, invasive and non-invasive glucose sensors, closed-loop systems, devices for diabetic prevention, artificial pancreas, new technologies for treating obesity and related diseases.

The official language of the Conference will be English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.

Registration Fees (in Pounds) 
- for early registration (Up to and including December 14, 2010) is £335
- Regular, December 15, 2010 – February 9, 2011 - £385, 
- On-site From February 10, 2011 -  £435
- For Students - £260 and £360

Registration fees for participants include:
o Attendance in all scientific sessions
o Delegate bag including all conference printed material
o Invitation to the Welcome Reception
o Lunches and coffee breaks as indicated in the program
o Entrance to the exhibition

Deadline for receipt of abstracts: Wednesday, October 13, 2010.
Participants interested in presenting an oral or poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Abstract Review Committee and may be accepted for oral presentation, poster presentation or rejected.
 
Submission of Abstracts:
o Only abstracts submitted via the online submission form will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review.
o Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
o Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
o The Committee will endeavour to schedule abstracts according to authors’ preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.
o You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received, indicating the abstract number which it has been allocated. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
o Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been received.
o All abstracts will be forwarded to the Committee for review. Notifications regarding status will be sent once the review process is complete.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. If you need help, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a colleague who is a native English speaker, by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) or by a copy editor, prior to submission.
