Fernand Braudel Senior Fellowships provide a framework for established academics with an international reputation to pursue their research at the EUI. The fellowship lasts 3-10 months. The monthly stipend is € 3,000. The annual deadlines for applications are 30 March and 30 September. Duration: maximum 26 months. Application deadline: anytime. The German Research Foundation (DFG) promotes research projects in all academic fields. Factors which are considered to be important by the DFG include academic excellence, the promotion of young academics, interdisciplinarity and internationality. The research community uses the "material allowance" instrument to support specific research projects of a limited duration.
