University of South Alabama provides Honors Scholarships for High School Graduates at the University in USA in the field of any subject. The University of South Alabama Honors Program offers a curriculum of interdisciplinary excellence designed to stimulate analytical and critical thinking of exceptionally qualified and highly motivated students. In this effort, the USA Honors Program challenges students with scholarly activities, creative activities, exposes them to cultural enrichment and requires them to engage in community service.
All candidates interested in applying for the scholarship must be a 2012 high school graduate.
Applicant must apply for admission to the University of South Alabama, request official ACT or SAT scores be mailed to the USA Office of Admissions, request an official high school transcript be mailed to the Office of Admissions (transcript must show grades through the junior year and be mailed directly from the school), complete the separate Honors Program Application, complete the above procedures by December 9 for first consideration.
