ICBEC is an international forum for state-of-the-art research in Biology, Environment and Chemistry. ICBEC 2010 will be held in Hong Kong during 28-30 December, 2010. Full paper submission deadline: August 25, 2010, author registration: October 10, 2010. Registration fees are from 380$ to 450$. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Biology, Environment and Chemistry. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Biology, Environment and Chemistry related techniques.
All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE, and distributed at the conference. The proceedings will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by INSPEC, Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI.
A selection of the best papers will be invited for a special issue in a mainstream journal.
ICBEC 2010 includes also plenary invited presentations by experts from academia and industry.

Register by October 10, 2010 to get your paper included in the Proceedings. Each paper must have at least one registration.
Each paper is limited to 5 pages normally, including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages will be charged. Extra pages may be purchased at $70 (US dollars) per extra page. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System or by e-mail icbec@cbees.org. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
Students have to send the scanned copy of your Student ID to icbec@cbees.org confirming your student status.
Registration fees are from 380$ to 450$. An additional fee of USD 320.00 will be charged to the presenter of a second paper. The registration fee includes a copy of the Proceedings, admission to all the technical sessions, and all social events such as reception and conference lunch.
